We would like to thank the management of Harbor Freight Tools, located in Union NJ, for allowing us to interview it's staff, and ask various questions about the work process. They were very informative, compliant and helpful in conducting our analysis.

Warehouse Manager Bio:
Joel Acantilado

Some background information on Joel includes him attending The University of the East in Manila, Philippines. Before Harbor Freight Tools, he had worked in Home Depot from 2000 to 2010 as a tool technician, supervisor, and front end supervisor. Afterwards, he had worked in construction from 2010 to 2012. Finally he had started his job at Harbor Freight Tools from March of 2012 tand is currently still working there. Joel first started as an assistant pricing coordinator. After the current warehouse manager of the time had left, Joel took the position.
